RomHackDex does not host, distribute, link to, or provide instructions for obtaining any Pokemon ROMs, ROM patches, emulators, or game files. The Site is a data reference only. Users seeking ROM hack files should contact the original developers or visit official community pages for those hacks.

While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that the data on this Site is complete, accurate, or up to date. ROM hacks are frequently updated by their developers, and data may reflect older versions. Users should verify any critical information against the current version of the ROM hack they are playing.

Pokemon game data displayed on this Site was parsed from publicly available community ROM hack projects. Ownership of the underlying game mechanics, Pokemon names, and related intellectual property remains with Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokemon Company.

This Site operates under principles of fair use as a non-commercial informational resource for the ROM hacking community. No monetary transactions involving copyrighted Pokemon material take place on this Site.
